Cancellation Policy for Massage, Spa & Bodywork Treatments
At Ashibar Spa, we value your time and ours. We kindly request that guests cancel their appointments with at least 8 hours’ notice to avoid incurring charges. If you cancel less than 4 hours before your scheduled appointment, a fee of 100% of the treatment price will be applied. Cancellations made between 4 to 8 hours in advance will result in a 50% charge of the treatment price. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Thank you for choosing Ashibar Spa.

When I first walked in, it smelled musty and not clean. It didn't feel or smell like a spa or a place to relax. And, the rooms are not soundproof so you could hear a lot from the outside. It was disappointing.

My first massage couple weeks ago was excellent. I scheduled another for my husband and I again Oct. 7 4:00 pm. We were both disappointed because the overhead music stopped playing about 15 minutes into the session. Instead of a soothing atmosphere, we heard continuous giggling, chatting, loud noises from another room. It was annoying. I stopped the massage and asked why the noise and what happened to the music. Jen said she didn't play attention and didn't notice. She said the sound came from another therapist/client and that there is nothing she can do about because the front desk control the sound. It was not a good relax massage for both of us. My husband was bothered by
